Hello,
I'm Tiffany Bryson and here's a little bit about me...

I am a graduate of the University of North Georgia (UNG) where I obtained my undergraduate degree in Exercise Science. I earned my graduate degree from California University of Pennsylvania (CalU) in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention. With over 10 years in the fitness profession, I started my journey as an adjunct instructor at my University of North Georgia alma mater. Within 2 years of teaching at UNG, I became a full-time faculty member and taught in the Health and Physical Education Department as an Assistant Professor.
My passion for training students and clients compelled me to start my own business, Faithfully Fit Fitness LLC. I left UNG to focus on health education and client training. Since 2016 I have been the sole proprietor of my business. I educate and train clients in both private and small group settings. I have been teaching fitness boot camp classes for 10 years, I am a motivational speaker, and I have served as a Corporate Trainer and Health Educator in a nationally recognized corporate facility.
As an Exercise Physiologist, I have dynamic experience ranging from higher education, to private sector, and community based programs. I believe in educating the ‘why’ behind the action and promote healthy, sustainable lifestyle changes that are realistic and adoptable by friends and family alike. I am honored to have inspired and motivated many to achieve his or her personal goals and more importantly, to sustain them. I am an advocate of heart health, strong-body/strong-mind, and ‘strong is the new skinny’ campaigns.
I was born with a congenital heart defect, but that didn’t stop me! I was a 3-sport athlete and I continue to participate in running, lifting, and various recreational activities. In 2011, I had a major health scare that forced me to have a heart procedure. This brought light to finding balance in all areas of health and wellness. I have placed an emphasis on empowering others to train their emotional and spiritual states as well.
I choose lifting over running, I compete in CrossFit competitions, and I have ran several races which include various halves, a couple of full marathons, and one ultra-marathon distance. I fully enjoy the outdoors, and have tremendous respect for God’s gift of health. I strive to inspire others to take care of themselves so they can be physically able to share their testimony with the world. I love all things creative, physical and challenging. I want to share creative ideas to improve others lifestyle; and I desire to share current research, personal experiences, and cost-effective ways to help clients move toward optimal health and wellness.
On any given day, you may find me outdoors, doing butt kickers and walking lunges while playing with my adopted Australian Shepherds. I am a horse owner and a herb growing foodie who is always in the test kitchen adapting my mother’s southern comfort recipes into new, healthier versions. I love traveling with my husband, going to the beach, decorating, flipping trash to treasures projects, fashion, eye lashes, and of course athletic shoes!
Cheers to Healthier You,
Tiffany
